We’ll start the process with an intro call or in-person meeting—we love hearing your story and getting to know you! During this session, we listen for clues about the way you live life, how you like to entertain, and how you envision your event.
Next, we’ll send you our detailed event questionnaire, which serves as guide throughout the planning process and is something our team will reference throughout the multiple stages of our process. We’ll also discuss your initial ideas, event budget, and will create a planning timeline to help you make sense of how we’ll be working moving forward.
Whether you’ve come to us with a venue already locked-in or still searching for the perfect location to host your wedding, our next step is all about the venue. It’s the venue which sets the tone for the overall look and feel of your celebration, and the magic begins during our site-tour.
During this walk-through we’ll begin your event design–everything starting from how your guests arrive and the ambiance during dinner, to where you’ll dance the night away and your grand exit at the end of the evening.
Behind the scenes, our team works to create your entire event design; we produce mock-ups of what your wedding experience looks like from the guest’s point of view—from the formal invitation and what they will see, taste and smell (upon arrival and thourghout the wedding reception) to the end of the evening and your grand exit.
During this step, we’ll also curate a preferred vendor list. Because we’re not your typical event planners and designers, we do things a bit differently—we like to work back to front: we design your event first, and then secure all of the vendors it takes to bring it to life.

The grand finale has arrived and we are on-site to make sure all of our plans are executed to your precise specifications.
